Picturel.ai is a SaaS platform operated by Supercommercial Oy that helps marketers and businesses create AI-assisted marketing assets, including images and copy, for various channels. We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security incident.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable laws or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable use policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Picturel.ai, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Supercommercial Oy or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated assets complies with applicable law and any third party rights.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features of the service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Billing terms, pricing, and renewal details will be presented during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supercommercial Oy disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
